Tina Marie is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever come across. She has been down in the trenches starting horses and knows the way they move and the way they think. This is an incredible skill that allows her to guide you through your riding and make improvements. If you don’t understand something the first time, Tina will explain it in another way or physically demonstrate it until you can grasp it. She truly wants you to succeed. I was told previously that my horse was not cooperative and would never put his head down for me and the moment I did what Tina told me, he dropped his head for me and I cried. Don’t let other wannabe trainers break you down, Tina is worth her weight in gold. Can’t wait for our next session!

I have always heard about Tina Marie/ Star Horsemanship. I heard how talented she was, I heard about her natural ability to connect you and your horse.  The rumors are true... her training session was amazing. As a novice adult rider I needed guidance, I needed technique and mechanics. I didn’t need a babysitter, I can hop on and go by myself. What Tina taught me was how to ask for what I want without confusion. We worked on me, so my horse understood me. For once we were speaking the same language. Foxy responded immediately and respectfully and I gained confidence and a better understanding of my horse. I would recommend star horsemanship to any discipline. We didn’t have a western class we had a lesson in horsemanship.  Thank you Tina, to many more sessions.

Natural Horsemanship Trainer for Horses and Riders of all disciplines.  Your skills/confidence will increase in just a few hours at a Star Clinic.  Tina Marie has a natural ability to train people as well as she trains horses.  Colt starting is her passion and it shows in the excellent foundation she builds on a youngster.

COLT STARTING - Your youngster will receive top notch training and an excellent foundation to go into any discipline. 60 day Minimum.
CLINICS - All clinics are tailored to meet the needs of the horses and riders.  Please call for pricing.  Three, five and eight hour clinic options available.
RANCH SHOWS AND JUDGING - Tina Marie founded Western Shows of Harford County in 2020 and is an ECRRA sanctioned Judge.  
30 DAY PROGRAM - Six training sessions/week includes ground work, desensitizing and progressive rides.  Four hours of owner training and full board included.
TWO WEEK TUNE UP - 14 Intense sessions to advance horses' skills for competition preparation.  Full board included.
